This app does not collect, store, transmit, or sell any personal data. It runs entirely on Atlassian infrastructure and in your browser, and it never sends data to any external server.

The app is read-only. It requests read scopes only and never modifies your Jira configuration.
Jira Cloud configuration. To produce its reports, the app reads project configuration through Atlassian’s REST APIs: permission, notification, issue type, screen, security and workflow schemes and their rules, project roles and members, custom fields, and workflow definitions. This data is processed only for the time needed to generate the requested document, and is not stored by the app.
Data Center workflow XML files that you upload. When you use the comparison feature, you select a workflow XML file that you exported yourself from your Data Center instance. The file is read and parsed locally in your browser. It is never uploaded to any server, is not stored by the app, and is discarded when you close the page. The app never connects to your Data Center instance.
The app is part of the Runs on Atlassian program: it uses only Atlassian-hosted compute and storage, supports the data residency of the host product, and performs no data egress. No data leaves Atlassian’s infrastructure.
The app does not operate any server, database, or storage of its own. The only value kept locally in your browser is your interface language preference (English or Italian).
The app does not copy or retain personal data in any external system. Names of users and groups may appear in a generated report because they are part of the project configuration you asked to document, but they are not stored by the app: the document is created in your browser and downloaded to your device.
Word, Excel and CSV files are generated locally in your browser and downloaded directly to your device. They are not transmitted to the developer or to any third party. Because they may contain configuration details of your Jira instance, treat them with the same care as any other internal document.
None. The app contains no analytics, no tracking, and no advertising, and does not share data with any third party.
All scopes requested by the app are read-only. They cover: projects and project roles, workflows and workflow schemes, issue type and screen schemes, screens and fields, permission and issue security schemes, statuses, users and groups. Each is required to read the configuration the app reports on.
