⚡ DeskFit — Privacy Policy

Summary (TL;DR)

DeskFit collects nothing. No personal data, no tracking, no analytics, no ads. All your settings (workout mode, focus area, level, language) are stored locally in your browser via Chrome's chrome.storage API and never leave your device.

1. Information We Collect

None. DeskFit does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information.

2. Local Storage

The extension stores the following on your device only, using Chrome's local storage:

• Your preferred workout mode (Quick / Standard / Power)
• Your preferred focus area (Full body / Upper / Lower / Core)
• Your preferred fitness level (Beginner / Intermediate / Advanced)
• Your preferred language (Italian / English)
• Your reminder interval setting

This data never leaves your computer. You can clear it at any time by uninstalling the extension or via Chrome's site settings.

3. Permissions

DeskFit requests the following Chrome permissions:

• storage — to save your preferences locally
• alarms — to schedule break reminders
• scripting + tabs — to inject the workout overlay on the active page
• <all_urls> — to be able to show the overlay on any tab you're on. We never read or transmit page contents.

4. Third Parties

DeskFit does not use any third-party services, analytics, advertising networks, or external APIs. No data is sent anywhere.

5. Children's Privacy

DeskFit does not collect any data, so it does not target or process information from children under 13.

6. Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, the "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the change. Material changes will be reflected in the extension's release notes.
